17 Reasons Why You Should Ignore actuary internships

I recently interned for a medical device company, and the company’s vice president put me on a short list of candidates to interview. I interviewed on a Wednesday and Thursday.

Internships are a fairly common way to get a taste of a company’s business. If you’re not sure what they are, you may be surprised how they can be a great way to get some hands-on experience. If you’re already a freelancer, this can be a great opportunity to expand your portfolio and to get a taste of what it’s like to work for a big company.
