We talk about this a lot. The reason we want to go into work is because we are in the job to get paid. To take care of our health, we are in the job to protect ourselves, our families, and our communities. To eat more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, we are in the job to become healthier, and to eat more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, and avoid eating meat and dairy.
The thing is that work is so much a part of what we do that we forget that it is just a part of our life itself and that we are actually in it to help our communities and ourselves. We work so hard because we are so committed to our jobs that we forget our own survival. We also forget the fact that our jobs are at risk of being replaced. The other thing that we think we need is a good nutritionist to help us survive and grow. My wife and I have been going to the gym for almost a year and after spending a lot of time with our kids, we have some real food-diet issues (more on that later).
I’ve been a gym rat for about 6 years now. I’ve never had a problem finding a decent cardio workout, but I’m not sure I have the self-discipline to work out longer than an hour or two. I work out about 3 times a week and my cardio and strength are pretty crap.

It might surprise you to hear that we both work out at least 3-4 times a week, but we do so at different times. We started working out almost a year ago, and since then weve been going to the same gym. Weve also both been doing cardio and strength training, but we do it at different times. I do cardio first thing in the morning, then strength work, and then cardio again in the afternoon.
We both like to eat healthy, but we have different schedules. I get out of the house around 6:30am and often go to the gym at around 6:30pm, then I get out of the house and stay until about 8:00pm or so. He gets out of the house around 5:30am and often goes to the gym around 5:30pm, but usually stays until 7:00pm or so.
