This is a bit of a joke, but this is the remote job that I found myself applying for in the first place in December. It was one that I had already completed before I decided to go to chicago to work at a local pizza shop. I was excited to have found a job that I had been planning on applying for and was excited to have found a job that I was excited to do. The remote job part of this was the only part that I was unsure of.
When I went to apply for the remote job, I was nervous that I would be asked to do things that I had no experience with. This was a bit of a relief because most jobs that I applied for had to have me doing the same job for a year or more. That said, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the remote job I applied for actually offered some sort of training or experience.
Remote jobs are the best because it allows you to get to know the skills and abilities that you would need to do the job that you want to do. If you can’t do it physically, you can still get to know it through the training or experience that you need to have.
The main goal of this post is to give you some idea of what to expect when applying to remote jobs. So let’s start with a few simple questions.
This is the easiest question to answer, so let’s get to it.
1. How much experience do you need to get into a remote job?2. What are the areas of your brain that you think you need to work on?3. What skills would you need to have?4. How long would it take you to get into a remote job?5. What are the things that you can do when you can’t physically do them?6. What would you need to do to get into a remote job?7.
I hate to be blunt, but I see a lot of people going about this in the wrong way. It’s very tempting to say, “Oh yeah, I can do this, I’ve done this before, and I’ll just jump right in. But I’m not going to do it in the way you think I should.” But unfortunately, this is the wrong answer to the 6th question. You can’t just jump in and start doing something because you think you should.
