The people you work with are there to support you and help you achieve your goals and objectives. When you work for a company, you have the opportunity to make a significant difference in your life.
It’s a little bit different when you work at a company that’s not your own, but I can’t think of many better examples than the ones I work for. I mean, how many successful CEOs work for other companies? It’s a pretty amazing experience not to be your own boss.

So I work for a company that helps people with special needs, in particular, people with autism and people with Asperger’s Syndrome. It’s a company that’s dedicated 100% to helping those with disabilities, because the needs of these people are so unique. The company also helps with insurance issues, too. So I know a little bit about these people’s needs. But the company also has a lot of fun doing various projects for the employees there.
I worked in the insurance field for a little while, but then I chose to become a full-time employee. The companies I work for are all different, but they all have the same mission: to help as many people with disabilities as they can.
