If you want to be more aware of what matters to you, you need to learn to let go of things that don’t matter to you. The better you know what matters to you, the better you will be able to let go of things that don’t matter to you.
I know there are some people out there who feel that the only goal of life is to enjoy it. But life is not the same for everyone. I remember growing up and my parents and my sister talking about how little it was possible to say anything positive about anything. But that is how I grew up. I have always been a negative person though. I feel the need to do things that I don’t like or that I don’t agree with. I feel the urge to be negative and to criticize others. I’ve been called a “drama queen.” I’ve been called a “bitch.

That describes my day pretty well. I dont like to fight, but when I do, I have a hard time thinking about what Im doing. My emotions are all over the place at the beginning of fights and I get so stressed out. I would rather just be a decent person and not feel like I have to do anything.
