As an incentive for nurses, they have also reduced the states nursing unemployment rate. Now, nurses who are working full time can earn up to $22 per hour.
This is good news for those nurses who have been on the job for all but a couple of years, for whom the state’s policy is still not particularly attractive. However, it does make the state’s nursing unemployment rate look a little better.
