In the past I have heard people say that they had to meditate for three hours to experience the same feeling. They then went on to say that they did this for three years. This is true. When you meditate for three hours, you feel the same way that you feel at 3 am. This is a different experience from the one you get when you meditate for three days. You start experiencing the feeling of being in a deep space.

It’s a feeling I felt after meditating a few weeks ago. It’s a feeling that feels like you’re connected to something much larger than yourself. Most of the time I feel this way when I’m doing meditation, but there are times when I don’t feel it at all. The difference between feeling this way and not feeling it is like the difference between a dream and waking up.

meditating is a form of mindfulness. In fact, the word “meditation” comes from the word for “mindfulness” plus the Sanskrit word “māyā” which means “to quiet.” In ancient India this was called the “quieting of the mind.

The key word here is ’emotion’. The thing that makes us so much better communicators is that we come up with words to get ourselves up in the present moment, or at least to get ourselves where we are before we have to get back to the past and wake up in the morning. We just can’t sit and think.

The world is in many ways the antithesis of the present. We can see the current of the world and the world is the future. We can see the current of the world and the world is the future.
