sykes deland is a local celebrity chef who has been on the food and wine scene for over 20 years. With his restaurant, The Sykes, in downtown L.A. and his current business, The Sykes Kitchen & Bar, sykes deland is known for his incredible dishes featuring his signature dishes of smoked meats, cheeses, and seasonal fruits.

In our opinion Sykes BBQ is a very good restaurant. It is one of the best in the area, and they have a great team. The people that work there are very friendly and know their stuff and they always have a laugh at everyone’s expense. That is what keeps Sykes BBQ very good. But the food is not great.
