A lot of people get so caught up in trying to be something they aren’t and can’t be that they don’t notice they are actually doing something that seems to make them feel good. If you are in the “I should be doing this” position, you will probably be feeling better. If you are actually doing something that you like, you can feel proud to have made it a goal.
Walmart’s shift hours have become a major annoyance, but not because they are bad. I think it is because we work there, and many of us are used to working in the store and on the pick up line. If you are in the I should be doing this position, you will probably be having a hard time working in the store.
In a world where you have dozens of hours to fill each day, it’s easy to assume that you should be working at least 15 hours. The reality is that Walmart is a very efficient store, and you wouldn’t want to work longer than you have to. You wouldn’t want to be in the store longer than you have to because you would miss out on sales, and you wouldn’t want to miss out on sales because you are not the person that is supposed to be working there.
My biggest problem with Walmart is that it is a very specialized store, which in the end means I have to be a part of the entire store. I don’t understand why Walmart is so special about its hours. How is it that you work a 6 to 10 hour shift and then go home and have a 7 to 8 hour night shift. There is no reason why a person working a 9 to 5 should not be able to have a 9 to 5 night shift.

Walmart has set its store hours to open at 8:30 AM and close at 7:00 PM. This is because they work so many hours per day. But you wouldnt want to be there for those hours, so it is actually best to work the hours that you have to, which is 6AM to 3PM.
Wal-Mart was started as a discount store in 1946. That is a long time ago, and they have a huge amount of employees. However, they don’t really care if you work a 9 to 5 all day or a 9 to 5 night shift. They don’t care if you come to work at midnight or at 8:30 in the morning. They are all about convenience. It’s just in the way that they do things that makes it all work.
One of my biggest pet peeves is when people ask why people dont work the night shift. I’m not saying that working a night shift is bad, but I get it. It takes a lot more skill to be on the clock. It takes a lot of mental energy. I think it is a much more stressful and challenging job than working the daytime shift. I have been in the same situation many times, and I have never worked a night shift.
This is a good time to note that Wal-Mart has only been open for about 10 months. This is one of those things that has been going on for a long time. It could be because they have been trying to cut costs in the last few years, but I am sure they are also trying to do more things to make the store more convenient for customers.
